President
Allison McCaffrey

The President is the official spokesperson and representative of the Local Association. She is the CEO, exercising general supervision over the affairs of the Local Association.

VP Community Relations
Allison Scott Davies
|
The VP Community Relations shall serve as the Local Communication Officer of the Local to ensure effective communication between the Local and its members. She acts as a link between the Local and the school district, unions and other employee groups.

VP Member Engagement
Lee Martin
|
The VP Member Engagement chairs the Professional Recognition Committee. He promotes involvement in the Local as a worthwhile professional and personal growth opportunity for members as well as recruiting volunteers.

Treasurer
Laura Evans
|
The Treasurer’s major responsibility is general supervision of the financial and office procedures and to ensure that accurate records of all assets and accounts of the Local Association are maintained and secured. She informs Executive and CSR of the financial status of the Local Association on a regular basis.

Secretary
Keri Tkachuk
|
The Secretary's main responsibilities include; ensuring accurate records of all proceedings are kept and the required statements and reports are sent in to The Alberta Teachers’ Association. She also attends CCTCA meetings ensuring that Local 55 receives all CCTCA minutes, annual budget and audited financial statements.

Past President

The Past President calls for nominations of Executive and Standing committees and submits a list of nominations to CSRs. He also organizes elections timeline and carries out elections.

Local Political Engagement Officer
Lenette O'Donnell
|
The Local Political Engagement Officer (LPEO) engages members and promotes interest and awareness among our Local 55 teachers in the Local political and provincial political scenes.

TWC Coordinator
Monica Chung

The TWC Coordinator is the Chair of the Teacher Welfare Committee.
She exercises all functions of the coordinator of teacher welfare committee in accordance with the operational guidelines. |
PD Coordinator
Tracy Wood

The PD Coordinator is the chair of the Professional Development Committee.
She exercises all functions of the coordinator of professional development committee in accordance with the operational guidelines. |
Div I Rep
Nicole Lombardo

The Div I Rep is the liaison between the teachers in their respective division and the executive of this Local association as outlined in the operational guidelines.
She represents the interest of teachers at a divisional level bringing concens from divisional base to CSR. |
Div II Rep
Lindsay Dell

The Div II Rep is the liaison between the teachers in their respective division and the executive of this Local association as outlined in the operational guidelines. She represents the interest of teachers at a divisional level bringing concens from divisional base to CSR.
